Marijuana Use Soaring In Canada

Marijuana Use Soars In Canada

Marijuana use soaring in Canada. This is basically what this recent news report says via the Canadian Bureau of Statistics. According to that report, the “Canadians spent 6.2 billion on marijuana in the year 2015, almost as much as they did on wine”—and this was when the use of marijuana was illegal. The report also says that about 13 percent of the entire population of Canada reported consuming marijuana in 2015, with two-thirds of users being over the age 25. What’s the office of the U.S. Surgeon General view of the matter? Are there any real bad consequences to marijuana use? Despite all “good buzz” you’re led to believe about marijuana, you still may want to read this without delay.

The recreational use of marijuana nearly always results in what health experts refer to as “marijuana intoxication” or “getting high.” But this is not the only problem with recreational marijuana use. You see, the above report shows scientific evidence highlighting many of the short-term¬† and long-term negative side effects from the use of marijuana, including psychological impairment and addiction. Very sadly today, governmental leaders of states and nations are legalizing marijuana use while turning a blind eye to its many harmful effects and deadly risks! Health is wealth and don’t let it be overcome by greed and profit.

Another Bible truth is, marijuana intoxication is similar in many ways to alcohol intoxication and drunkenness—a condition long recognized by society as a problem, and a condition that the Bible clearly condemns! (Proverbs 23:21; 1 Corinthians 5:11). Yahweh warned all the nations at the end of the age, “Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower…to those who are overcome with wine” (Isaiah 28:1). Therefore, let the truth be told that as more politicians legalize substances that cause people to lose self-control and become addicted to the substance rather than obeying Yahweh’s instructions, nations will surely reap what they are sowing! Notice that the Bible clearly tells us, “Be not deceived; Yahweh is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sow, that he shall also reap (Galatians 6:7).¬† Expect the use of marijuana and other controlled substances to soar even more which put the sinful nations and disobedient peoples in debilitating physical, psychological, and financial ruins in the end-time!
